Cancellation Policy

*Please know all services offered at Bodyworks Wellness Studio follow a 24 hour notice cancellation/ rescheduling policy. Any cancellations/ reschedules not honoring this policy, No refunds or credits will be issued. Prepaid reservations must also follow this policy for a full refund. No credit will be issued to a prepaid guest if they do not honor this policy.

Spa Packages & 2 or more Services are to honor a 72hr cancellation policy. At time of booking a full deposit of services will be charged, this includes any gratuities. No full refunds or credits will be given unless the 72 hr cancellation is honored. 14 day cancellation for groups.

All cancellations are to be made by calling the studio directly at 570-213-8356 or in person. 

Please leave a voicemail with the details pertaining to your reservation so we can contact you back to confirm it was received. We do NOT accept cancellations by anyone other than the person who made the reservation ; or by any other means of communication other than what is stated in the policy. 

For the comfort of our clients ,we always do our best to provide you with quality services using quality products. For all massage services our preference is arnica massage cream; we do not use massage oil in any treatment.
