At Bodyworks Wellness Studio and Boutique, we are dedicated to ensuring that our clients of all ages and abilities can feel the best they can, as often as they can. With our unique location on Crystal Street in East Stroudsburg, PA, we can provide you with an experience like no other. We offer several different types of massages including Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, warm stone, hand and foot, Thai massage, Himalayan salt stone, hemp infused massage, our signature massage which includes hydrating the skin with rich body butter, and our popular salt cave massage where you can detox and balance your body while receiving a therapeutic Swedish massage in our Himalayan Salt Cave. Extend your massage by adding an extra 25-minutes. Enhancements to any massage include our honey heel glaze, coconut scalp treatment, and our hemp infused body butter. In addition to massage, we offer ear candling which is used to help in clearing ear wax build-up to improve hearing, ease vertigo spells, and ringing ears. Candling also relieves sinus congestion and other common cold symptoms. We also offer a shiatsu sinus treatment which is used to help break up congestion due to headaches, sinus problems, and colds. Our ionic foot treatment helps to purify and detox your body or heavy stored metals using a method called electrolysis of water. A mini foot massage will complete the treatment. We offer cupping, which is an ancient healing technique used to help increase blood circulation to specific areas of the body to relieve muscle tension. You can add facial cupping to any massage or face treatment. This is beneficial for those with wrinkles, frown lines, scars, congestion, tension areas, headaches, sinus issues, and/or vertigo. You can also add abdominal cupping to any massage service. Abdominal cupping is very effective for issues such as bloating, diarrhea, IBS, constipation, acid reflux, irregular or painful menstruations, scar tissues, and/or lymph drainage. This also aids in the release of trapped emotions in the core of your being. Back cupping is also a way to relieve back pain and trapped toxins. Bodyworks offers energy healing in the form of reiki, crystal healing, mediumships, psychic readings, and sound healing. Reiki is a focused energy healing using light touch or no touch. Our focus is to work with the 7 energy chakras to promote an overall sense of well-being. Our crystal healing combines reiki with the healing properties of crystals. For our sound healing, sounds and vibrations will be created using crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, to help open up the free flow of energy, which is known to reduce stress, improve concentration, lower blood pressure, stimulate life force flow, heighten intuition, and enhance creativity.
